the room design is very modern, minimalism, and the security is good enough, the bed is comfortable, the shower is nice, the shower gel n shampoo is nice, and i'm surprised they even prepared toothbrush and tooth paste for such a budget rate.
before i checked in , i called the hotel, to make a confirmation of my room, and i did wrote in my request when i make this booking that i want a double bed room. but the staff who answered my call, was not really helping me, instead, she was telling me to cancel my room , because they only have 2 single bed room for me. But i don't know how. when i check in, they give me a double bed room, so is it the staff wasn't sure enough about their available room or what? providing wrong information for customer. and another thing , even though i'm surprised they provide tooth brush n tooth paste, but i am more astonished, they don't provide any toilet roll, or box of tissue in room. i'm not sure if they have forgotten or what, as i was too rush, i don't really have time to complain to the reception counter or the housekeeping.
Location quite close to Bukit Bintang and Puduraya bus station.
Not clean enough, cigarrete smell all around, shady windows.
Close to Berjaya Times Square Indoor Theme Park, because I travelled with a child.
There was no facilities in the room, Bedsheet, Pillowsheet & towels were dirty, Bathroom was not convenient, No breakfast, drinking water was limited, Lobby & isle smells cigarrettes. When we needed electric kettle to boil water in the last morning we stayed there, the reception said the person in charge was sleeping (it was already 6:30 AM !!).
Clean, pleasant & rather conveniently located. Room service & response from staff was fast. Family room my family stayed in was spacious. The staff even allowed us to put our bags in their store after we had checked-out.
There was an electrical power failure for about 20min during our 2nd night stay. It would have not been that stuffy if there is a window in the room. However, I must commend that the staff's response to the problem was rather immediate!
Beltif hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room has a modern/contemporary feel. The lobby/lounge area is nice too. Because the hotel is still new, the bathroom and room itself is very clean. Hope it is well maintained to stay that way.
There was no international phone call service available, even if we wanted to pay for it. The signal for wifi is weak from the room, unless you are in the lobby area. Perhaps, getting a router on every floor will be better. There was a window in room 112 that should be covered with a nice curtain so the room is darker while we are sleeping.
The room quite clean and only thing im glad of it is the security. After 12am the entrance of the room will have a security door, only can come it using room card. Its made guest feel comfort to stay here.
Breakfast of the hotel. This should be improve in the future. Not much choice and the time of breakfast should extend till 11am.
Very friendly staff, spacious room but smelt of cigarettes. Basic breakfast, convenient location. Overall - good for a short stay.
Bathroom is a bit inconvenient as there's no bathtub.
The room was quite big and very tidy. For that price it is recommendable. The shopping streets are quite close.
The room had no window, but it didnt matter...The sheets had some old stains
Nearby shopping mall and sky train station, free WiFi, accommodation for family of 4
WiFi connection not 100% reliable, breakfast not international, bathroom is shower as well.
The receptionist was very polite. The room was clean and well maintained.
Breakfast is a big disappointment. There were very limited options with only 4 varities and the only option for vegetarians is bread toast.
The staff of the hotel are very friendly and ready to help u when they can
The wifi doesn't work in my room
Very close to Berjaya Times Square. The hotel was quite nice and neat.
The road towards the hotel was under construction. It's not easy to take our luggages to the hotel. There were some hair on my bedsheet. I would rather eat out for breakfast even it is included in the room charge.
The hotel location is great. The hotel staff is friendly and efficient. Room are comfort and clean. Feel secure because there are one more door to access before we can get into our room after 10pm. Will return in the future. good job.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, even at 1.30am when we arrived to check in. They were very willing to give advice and to help with booking taxis, etc. The hotel and the room was very clean and tidy. The location is good - just behind the Times Square shopping mall and 10 minutes easy walk to Imbi monorail station. Also, atm right next door to hotel and cheap street food very close by. 7 Eleven only metres away, too. We liked the added security of using the electronic key card to gain access to the corridor on our floor. Internet signal was strong in the room and connection speed reasonably good. We stayed with two children (8 and 4 years) for six nights and found the hotel welcoming and enjoyable to stay at. We had a twin room and simply pushed the beds together so that we all slept in one big 'double' bed.
The room was quite small but made worse by the fact that the 'table' was barely wider than a shelf and there was nowhere to put things - even in the bathroom, there were no hooks and no shelf of any reasonable size on which to put toothbrushes, etc. We ended up with clothes and bags strewn all across the floor. Not even a hook on the back of the door! A minor problem for light sleepers might be the faint noise of Karaoke wafting up from across the street well into the night - 2am one night. A kettle was provided but no cups - we were advised to go buy some plastic ones from the shop down the road! None of these would prevent us from staying there again - they were just minor inconveniences.
The hotel staff were very helpful and the location was really good. You will also find a complimentary bottle of water at your room every day of your stay.
The bathroom was not clean and towels were missing the first night of our stay. This was reported to the reception and the staff cleaned the bathroom immediately. The room has no refrigerator and hair drier. Also it is not a good idea to buy food and leave it at the room as ants will make their appearance. Final thing, the breakfast was not good, unless you enjoy noodles and other staff at 8 am. We only had breakfast there the first day of our stay and skipped it in the following days.
